In Asia Pacific, we have firmly established our presence and network in 25 countries, covering more than 50 cities. Our extensive network incorporates 12 customer centers, 12 distributors, 4 training centers with 4 full flight simulators, 20 MRO centers and 3 support hubs.
To fulfill Airbus Helicopters’ core objective of providing our customers proximity support and services, customer centers were set up in 12 key countries across Asia Pacific. Each center is committed to offering local solutions for the full range of Airbus Helicopters products. In addition, the MRO centers and support hubs spread across the region will ensure that no matter the location, customers can be sure to find the prompt service they need from a certified member of the company’s network nearby.

The MRO centers are qualified by Airbus Helicopters to provide the highest quality standard of services; while the 3 support hubs in Malaysia (AS332/H225), Singapore (AS365/H155) and Australia (H125/AS355) come in as reinforcement for major inspection and retrofit services for the type of helicopter the support hub is qualified for. A total of 4 full-flight simulators can be found in the region - AS365 N3+ in Singapore; H225/H225M in Malaysia; H135 in Japan and H225 in China - located in training centers that also provide the full range of training services for technicians and pilots.
