The inaugural Voice of Customer session- Where Sky and Safety Meet

Voice of Customer is a new initiative advocated for Airbus Helicopters to literally hear the voice of our valued customers to achieve greater customer service. It has made its first stage appearance in Southeast Asia.

We are extremely honored to have with us, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Advance Aviation Company Limited (AA) to present and share with us what it means by “where sky and safety meets”, through the eyes of a customer.

AA has become the largest VIP helicopter and private jet charter in Thailand, since its establishment in 2007. Since then, AA and Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia (AHSA) have forged a strong and deep relationship. During this launch session, Khun Chai has shared with the staff in AHSA a user’s perception of what constitutes high levels of technology, safety, maintenance. About 100 staff from Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia have participated in this session and benefitted greatly from hearing from the horse's mouth the "essentials" not to be neglected!
